The Frisco Noon Rotary Club recognizes Frisco High School seniors each month for their outstanding academic achievements.

In November, Rotarians honored Amanda Snyder and Matt Weir.

Amanda is involved in Cross Country, Track, Key Club and National Honor Society. She has been honored with the AP US History Student of the Year Award and the English II honors Student of the Year Award. Amanda also works at the Plano YMCA helping kids with the Rock Climbing wall and she tutors and volunteers regularly. Amanda is undecided on college plans but is considering something related to history. She is the daughter of Dave and Nancy Snyder.

Matt is captain of the varsity tennis team and is also involved in National Honor Society, and National Art Honor Society. He is an Academic Letterman and has been named First Team All-District in Tennis. He has volunteered to help coach middle school tennis players and has also worked with the Technology Outreach Program. He plans to major in Visual Communications or Graphic Design and is undecided on which college to attend. He is the son of Robert and Pam Weir.
